Yup, it's Ruvik. I mistook him as in both scenes he's covering his face and there is a change in the piano scene, his voice. Listening I can tell it'a the same actor, but he's putting on a more elegant and lighter rasped voice that sounds like he had a slight accent. But not mannequin man, but could also tell also now the maniacal laugh before the clown faces was not Ruvik, and a laugh happens through the whole hall before the clowns. It first plays a bit more subtly before the grinder trap in the manor and makes it sound like the laughs are coming from ahead, implying I guess whatever is making this laugh set the trap and is putting the clown masks on.
